Tonks took a deep breath, her arm wasn't bleeding now, and the cut was healed some. "Thanks love." She said hugging him, she shot a stunning spell at one person who looked like they were advancing on them. "You know I'm starting to look down on this decision, we could've been listening to my mother stroies about what I was like when I was a baby while she drank wine." she chuckled.
Sophie licked her brother's face and then whined when she saw his hand, even in black and white, it looked bad. She chaged back and smiled, "I saw a friend of mine and this looked like it needed more help than at first. What's really sad is I got here before you." she picked up the sword beside her and held it out at someone behind her brother, "I got your back?" then she whispered, "I still don't know how to hold this.."

"I can't stand around when there's trouble. I told you to stay behind," Remus said, "I just feel bad that we were pretty much useless. If it was a normal wizard battle, then it'd be different." Well at least he was there for that girl that was about to fall down. He really should learn to use a sword so then he might be able to help if something like this happened again. "Anyways, there will be time later for those stories."
"You always have my back," Teddy commented before laughing, "Oh, see, ypu hold it like this," he showed her, "I'll show you how to attack when the need arises." He glared at the people around him. It was hard to tell who was on their side. But he had a feeling of who was on who's side.

"Scusi," Marisol spoke up softly, gesturing for Pyre to join them. The girl, despite the gore splattered across her face and the bloody sword in her hand, skipped over to them with a cheerful smile. "You saved my Pyre, si?"
Pyre accepted the handkerchief handed to her by her mother in order to at least try to clean up her face while Marisol waited for Lupin's response. Marisol finally registered that he looked familiar. Had he attended Hogwarts win her sister...? If he had, he would've gotten there in Marisol's fifth year. She'd been so busy that year that she'd barely had time to remember her sister, forget her sister's random classmates.
Leo walked down the hallway to lift Piero and toss him over his shoulder. He'd be useful for information later. Over his shoulder, he smiled reassuringly at Lia before backing up, keeping his eyes on the shadows of the hallway as he returned to his girlfriend.
"Let's get him into custody downstairs and later we'll have search parties sweep the Salla," he suggested.
Jared joined Teddy and Sophie silently, flashing them a grateful smile for their help. Internally, he was fuming at his inability to actually express any gratefullness to them. Gabe chuckled at the irate look on his cousin's face. Jared was incredibly impatient with his inability to speak.
"This is Jared della'Rosa, one of my cousins. He's mute," Gabe explained as Jared cast a hex on an approaching enemy.

"And I can't stand back and let you go on a death mission with out me." Tonks rolled her eyes, "Like when I'm at work and she gets the urge to actually tell them?" She chuckled and turned around. She looked around at the lady who'd spoken, thick italian accent.
Lianna punched Piero for good measure and said, "That's for cutting my hair." She punched him again, "And that's just because I don't like you." She kissed Leo and headed down the stairs. "Well, if he wakes up from this anytime soon I'll be sure to tell him he's toast if he goes after me again."
Sophie adjusted her grip, and furrowed her brow. She turned around and freaked out when she saw someone behind her. "Ohmigosh!" And she dropped the sword just like that. "Jared.. Cassie's kid! Tonks' cousin!" she exclaimed.

Jared's eyes widened and he shook his head frantically. He hadn't realized that he was so easily mistaken for Lady Casiopeia's child. He hoped his mother hadn't heard her; she'd make him get a hair cut...
"What? Jay isn't Lady Cassiopeia's son," Gabe chuckled. "His mama is outside; her name is Marisol. Jared is Lady Cassiopeia's assigned guardian. That's why he was at the wedding. The lady's son's name is Shayne. He's not here right now."
Leo laughed softly and leaned down to kiss the top of Lia's head, adjusting Piero on his shoulder as they came downstairs.
"If he wakes up, I'll knock him out again."
He looked around the messed up but enemy-free room before whistling shrilly.
"Lookie who we found!" he called.

"Yes. I, er, pulled her up so she wouldn't fall. Just doing what any respectful man would do, especially when we're on the same side," Remus answered the Italian lady with a nod. He still felt useless here, but thay was just because he was used to actually knowing how to fight like the others around. "Well you better get used to it, Dora, because while your at work, I'll be out on the field in dangerous meetings. Don't forget the promise you promised me when we got together."
"Huh?" Teddy asked turning around seeing a boy, who insisted that he wasn't Shayne. "Sorry my sister's a bit weird like thay. Sorry about the mix up." Teddy picked up Sophie's sword and handed it to her.

Sophie hid her face, she was so embarrassed she messed up. "Oh I'm so stupid sometimes. I'm so sorry, I really need to learn.. I'm really sorry.." She kept her hands over her face, she felt so bad and so stupid. "I'm so stupid. Stupid dog I am.."
Tonks stuck her tounge out. "Yeah I remember, doesn't mean I'm happy about it." she crossed her arms. "But you can't take on too many with out me being there, it would just be wrong."
Lianna smiled, "What a good boy." she patted his head and crossed her arms when she got down the stairs, "This loser cut my hair and tried to kill me!" She wanted to slit Piero's throat and throw him in a well. "He even tranqued Shep my poor baby."

Jared signed something quickly. It took Gabe a moment to catch up to what his cousin was trying to say to translate it. Sometimes Jared forgot that it took longer to translate sign language than it did to reply to it when the translator was more used to holding a conversation in perfect silence.
"He says that it's fine and he understands how he could be mistaken for Lady Cassiopeia's son. He also says that it's very nice to meet you and thanks for helping out," Gabe finally translated. "Yeesh, Jay. Slow down."
Jared smiled sheepishly in response, rubbing the back of his head.
Pyre beamed at Tonks and Lupin while her mother simply nodded.
"I owe you one. My daughter can be a little careless. As for you, young lady," Marisol added severely, turning to Pyre. "The next time I find out you've been on a roof, you're grounded for two weeks."
Ally joined Leo and Lia by the stairs when Leo dropped Piero on the bottom step. She gave the Auditore a once-over then turned to address Gabe and Jared.
"Gabe! Jay! Come over here!" she called.

"I can't promise you that. Who knows what will come up?" Remus replied to Tonks. Well, the kid's mother had to be correct, right? Though the threat for punishment for doing that which really wasn't her fault was a bit far, he didn't comment on it. "Don't worry about owing me one, it really wasn't anything that great." Though, if the people ran from this lady, it must mean that she was a good fighter, maybe he coukd get a few tips? No, no, that'd be stupid, he didn't need anything from her in return.
"You're not a dog!" Teddy protested, turning towards where there was a call for the two nearby. "Someone got captured... I thought they killed here, not capture," Teddy muttered.

"But, Mama, if I hadn't been on the roof, I couldn't have alerted everyone about the Auditore," Pyre pointed out mildly.
"You also wouldn't have nearly fallen off the roof," Marisol retorted.
"Details, details," the girl grumbled, making a face at her mother.
Marisol laughed and smiled fondly, ruffling her daughter's hair and kissing the top of her head. Pyre stuck her tongue out at the elder woman and tried to fix her hair with her fingers.
"Sciocca ragazza, go get your injuries looked at," Marisol instructed.
"Si, Mama...and I'm not silly!" Pyre called over her shoulder as she jogged away to find Seline.
Marisol redirected her attention to Lupin, serious again with Pyre gone. (It was incredibly hard to maintain a straight face in the girl's presence...)
"If you need help with swords play, we could give lessons," she offered. "You helped us tremendously today. It's the least we could do."
Gabe chuckled and smirked at Jared, who had silently laughed at Teddy's musings. It was true. They usually killed everyone that they could during a battle with few rare exceptions. This was one of them.
Jared motioned for Gabe to explain before going to help Ally and Leo with their captive.
"Usually, we don't take prisoners. That guy is the grandson of one of the enemy leaders, though, so he probably knows something. We'll interrogate him and then he'll be executed for treason," he explained.

"You should still take me with you." Tonks muttered. She started to mess with her hair, "What ever... but once we get back to my parent's house we're eating cake." she sat down on the roof, kind of ignoring the fact that some one was talking to her husband. It was still their wedding day! She wanted to do something that wasn't life threatening now, and then go to sleep with out worrying about anyone trying to kill her. Sleep sounded good...
Sophie shrugged, "It is my animagus... so therefore I am a dog, just not a mean one. Everyone we've met so far has loved me. I'm loveable!" she near wailed the last part. She hadn't even heard any one screaming that there was someone upstairs. "Execution... by what? Beheading?! Oh nope, don't want that image, Teddy, smack my head.." she poked herself in the head, she needed the image of a head falling away from it's body out of her head.
Lianna grabbed Gabe's arm, "Help me look around up here, I would like to go to sleep." she pulled him up the stair case, ooh how she would love to sleep now. All that was missing was Brooke appearing and saying something along the lines of, 'Ooh, Gothasarus caused a battle with her loud mouth? Go figure.' Which would've caused another fight, and then Damien would have to come and they'd both have to be held back. Although that may be a good fight, people would pay to see the two of them fight. It was like watching lionesses fight. Both were Slytherins, but Brooke was a year older and as far as she knew was moving in with her boyfriend that year. The american girl was crude and didn't know when to let something go.

"What? Beheading? Do we look French to you?" Gabe demanded. "He'll probably be shot; much less of a mess than beheading, trust me."
His eyes went wide when Lia began dragging him; he tried to dig his heels into the carpet (damn, it would need replacing again) to prevent his being dragged around by a teenaged girl. It didn't really work since Lia was stronger than the average teenaged girl. He was still a little embarrassed.
"I'll go with you!" Al called as he entered the house.
Gabe offered his cousin a grateful smile as Al jogged to catch up with them. Al just chuckled and shook his head.

"Oh well that would be great," Remus said with a smile towards the woman, some sort of demon as the enemy had called her, "It would be nice to be actually prepared for a sword fight. I was expecting a wand fight, truthfully." He didn't get these Italians with their swords, but if he was going to be much help later, it would be nice to know actually how to do their fighting right. It was hard to defend close range when one is used to long range.
"We'll see, dear," was all Remus had in response, though he added, "The cake sounds really good." This definitely wasn't the sort of wedding day he had in mind. Could he even get one day of peace? Of course he volunteered to help, but he couldn't not stay away from trouble. He was one of the kinds of people who couldn't just sit around when something went amiss.
"No, I was meaning the mean way of doggie, especially for you," Teddy said sticking out his tongue. Important kid, huh? It didn't matter to Teddy because everyone was special to him. He never underestimated the information an underling really had. Sometimes it was easier to question them and get really good information from them instead of the inner circle people.
"Tch. Whatever," Teddy muttered puling out his wand he had stowed away so he could use the sword (double tasking while fighting was something Teddy could not do). He began mending his shirt and, since he knew almost no healing, left his hand alone. Sure it hurt... a lot, but he was more inclined to have the others worried about first. Yeah. Plus, he hated when the nurses kept him still. Only he was allowed to do that!

Brooke Barrow, a waitress at the Leakey Cauldron, had heard the commotion out side near the Salla. She pulled on a coat and went out side in her shorts and jacket. Of all the nights they had to fight on this one? She kept walking, bare footed with her wand in her jacket pocket. She growled under her breath, "I bet Gothasaurus had something to do with it, heaven knows she doesn't keep her trap shut for longer than three minutes." she reached the door stepping on dead bodies as she went. She opened it door and yelled, "IT IS TOO EARLY FOR THIS!" she looked around and crossed her arms.
Lianna rolled her eyes when Brooke walked in. "Come on Al. Let's go do a sweep. The room suddenly reaks of american scum." she sneered and went up the stairs. Brooke was the last person she wanted to see. They both were beautiful by no stretch of the imagination but they were bitter rivals. Their rivalry was nothing about love or anything, it was mainly about looks. Being a veela, Lianna hardly had to work to look good, while Brooke always was trying to make herself look better.
Tonks chuckled, "Cake is always good! And everyone here can come have a piece, mum shouldn't mind too much." She smiled, these people deserved something for all this work. "And Remus there is no question about it, I'm going with you no matter what." she wasn't going to argue with him about this, the next day maybe, but now? No.
Sophie exhaled. Then sharply inhaled, "Shot!? What kind of people are you!? I think I need to sit down." she flopped down, "Shooting people is still wrong, can't you just interrogate him then play a game of cat and mouse with him? Ooh, or you can play the most dangerous game." she suggested. She'd only read the short story a few times but it was insane, each of those stories kept you guessing.
