"Yeah, that's her!" Teddy said happily, "She's all crazy and stuff, but that's just cuz I taught her to be crazy like me." Did that even make sense? Oh well he didn't make sense sometimes, but it all made sense in his head, and that is all that mattered right?
Yes! She said that perhaps he was right! Boom! Teddy awesomeness right there! He must be destined to become the Mighty Teddy Bear! Really, in all seriousness, Teddy always wanted to be a hero, just like what he always heard about his parents. It was hard being his parents' child, but that was just because he had expectations to fill. He had to be that semi-serious fighter like his father, and the fun-loving, outgoing friend like his mother.
"Not all heroes die, just the ones that we seem to remember the most. Think about Harry Potter, even now. He's known by much of Wizarding England, and most see him as a hero, right? He's not dead, and he won't die for a long time," Teddy stated with a shrug.
He had tried his hardest to stop his Uncle Harry from trying to go to basically kill himself on a suicide mission. Teddy failed, but it turned out alright, because he was able to contact the others in the Resistance and get Harry when he was still alive somehow.

"Pyre seems to think very highly of her," Liz recalled. "I put very high stock in Pyre's opinions; they're usually spot-on."
Pyre was deceptively perceptive. Liz hadn't realized it until a week before opening when Pyre had pointed to a man walking down the street and informed her that he was a Death Eater. A few days later, she'd seen his face in the newspaper. He'd murdered three muggles and two half-bloods. A half-blood herself, the news made Liz uneasy.
"I'd like to meet him...Harry, I mean. I grew up with stories about him, but I've never seen him face-to-face," she explained. "How could I? I was just a baby when I went to live with my aunt and uncle."

"Pyre? Oh! She's the one Remus saved the other day!" Teddy said with a smile, all crazy-like and all. Yeah, he hadn't been there, but he had heard that his father had pulled up a girl named Pyre from off the roof, so she didn't fall. Boom. Hero. Ha! And he wasn't dead! Yet.
He didn't really know this Pyre girl, but she sounded quite cool, and he probably would like her, but it didn't really matter, right? It wasn't like he was going around to everyone and looking for awesome people to be his friend. Teddy smiled at his own thoughts of some of the things he should ask Vicky to do with him. Totally random thought, but it was good. He heard that back in this time there were a lot of great muggle places to go to, and maybe he would ask her to have dinner with him.
"Oh, you should. He's kinda trying to stay in the shadows for a little bit. I bet he's somewhere in Diagon Alley right now walking around. He's really great, though he does have a lot of problems. Who wouldn't if they've lost most of their friends?" Teddy sighed, though he smiled. He respected Uncle Harry, even though he wasn't really his actual uncle, and saw him as a hero, even if he had tried to make himself die several times. He understood, and he tried to help his father-figure out of this depression, it just wasn't working.

"Yeah, that's her! She's dating George Weasley; they wander through here every now and then. I think they're cute together," she giggled.
She vaguely wondered if she should probably tell Teddy that he knew Pyre from their time, just under a different name: Angelina Weasley. Nah...she'd let him figure it out on his own. It would be pretty obvious right away, anyway. Pyre had a very distinctive personality; it had just about impossible to mistake her for another person. Helping that was probably the fact that she was a Metamorphagus and her hair turned vividly pink when she was embarrassed.
"I can't help but wonder if he'd want to meet me, though," she noted. "I don't think, in this situation, that I'd want to meet my dead brother-in-law's kid. What about you?"

"She's dating George...?" Teddy said looking at her with an almost questioning look.
But he thought that at this time he was dating Angelina. Unless... No, that couldn't be it. Of course it couldn't that! Angelina could not be Pyre! Or... No! Teddy really just needed to stop it right there. It was just stupid to think that Angelina Weasley, wife of George Weasley in the future, was Pyre Cavaliere, right? Teddy kept convincing himself it was anyways.
"Ah, well... I would want to, if I were him, because you're family!" Teddy said, but he sighed, "But then again, Uncle Harry is a... very... I dunno even how to put it. I bet I could convince him to come here!"

"Oui...just about everyone else already knew," she noted. "They never acknowledge it outright, but they're dating."
Hm...Teddy seemed...kinda dense. Maybe she should just tell him that Pyre della'Rosa and Angelina Weasley were the same person. But, then again...it was pretty obvious...she was sure that Teddy would figure it out! He was a smart guy...right? He seemed like a smart guy, at least.
"If you can, I'd like to meet him, but I don't want to dredge up painful memories for anyone...you sure it'd be okay?" she asked.
Liz liked to make people happy; why else would she open a candy-coffee shop? Caffeine and sugar made everyone happy!

"Well, it's too bad the two of them are going to break up, George is going to marry Angelina at some point soon-ish," Teddy stated.
Yeah, he was a smart guy.... sometimes. He just didn't usually click with things until they happened, or they were spelled out to him. Teddy was quick, fast, but a slightly slower learner than others. But hey, that didn't mean he wasn't smart, right? Once he learned something he knew it for the rest of his life.
"Yeah, it's really fine! Uncle Harry's one of those people who doesn't ever show when he's upset, well not since his wife died; I know he feels pain when memories of the dead come back to him, but the more remembers back, the better it'll get right?" Teddy asked with a smile.
He had a feeling that being here in this time had helped Uncle Harry a bit. It forced him to deal with all the memories back here in this time. It was too bad it was after Sirius died, because Teddy knew that the guy still hadn't gotten over his death, but he was getting there. It was probably because year after year more and more people died that he had to deal with to the point there were casualty lists Harry would look at discard and just keep going. Teddy was really worried about Uncle Harry sometimes because he would bottle up all that sorrow and anger at himself for 'letting them die for his cause'. The war really took a toll on Uncle Harry.

Nope...didn't figure it out on his own. Oh well. Apparently perceptiveness wasn't one of his strong-points. She hoped that her cousin was better about it than Teddy; they'd both be in trouble otherwise. Because it was pretty obvious that Pyre was Angelina...
"Pyre della'Rosa is Angelina, Teddy," Liz replied. "In Italy, they have a custom of changing their names when they're baptized. So while she was born Pyre, officially, her name is Angelina. However, she usually goes by Pyre, so Angelina became something of a pet name for her. You're family, so you probably knew her as Angelina."
It wasn't that complicated, but she guessed that it wasn't a very wide-spread tradition out West. It was totally normal to Liz, even though she hadn't personally changed her name. Her real name was her baptized name; her aunt hadn't wanted to change it. She was glad, because her name was one of the last things she had left of her parents.
"I hope so, but I don't think the way he's been coping is very healthy..." she commented, frowning a little. Now she was worried about him!

"Whaaat?" Teddy said shaking his head, "No, that can't be right! You're joking, right?"
That was far-fetched, right? But then again that Pyre girl did remind him of Angelina... How many Metamorphagi could there be in the world? Maybe she wasn't joking. But that was... whoa! That would mean that Angelina was part of Curia! Epiphany moment! He always wondered why she used a sword sometimes.
"Probably not," Teddy said as if it was no big deal, though he knew that for a fact that it was a big deal; Harry tried to hand deliver himself to Voldemort personally one time, "But he won't listen to me, and I've tried to get others to help him, but he doesn't seem to want to cope like he should."
