Alura had just decided she was going to make a 'Great Escape' from the Basements of Hogwarts and go wander in Hogsmeade. The little fourth year just wanted to make people wonder where she was. She hadn't told anyone she was going. It was a spur of the moment decision. Plus, she felt the need to be in Hogsmeade that day.
She stood outside Honeyduke deciding if she should buy anything or just keep going. Of course, there was always the option of Zonkos . . .
"New jokes would be nice, how much do I have?" she asked herself pulling out her coin purse from her back pocket. She'd made sure to ditch the robes in Aberforth's pub. If only her brothers knew she was using that passage to sneak out when ever she wanted. They might actually chase her with spells flying out of no where. Eh, nothing too out of the ordinary. She liked being in trouble. It meant she stood out, got attention. Even if it wasn't the attention she truly wanted, it was attention.

Axel had taken another chance to look around Hogsmeade, hoping to see one of the twins, or Alura. He wouldn't be able to recognize them, unless he could tell the similarities between the kids he knew so many years ago and the young men and woman they grew into. Axel was about to give up hope on finding them himself and asking around, and asking every student if they knew Drake, Landon or Alura, though Axel had a feeling Alura would be known as something besides Alura, as it was an odd name. So maybe he'd ask for a Jean, as it was her middle name... right? It had been too long.
Axel was walking down the street when he saw a young girl, who looked about Alura's age, and decided he might as well ask, and see if she knew his sister. Or, maybe, she would know one of his parents. They wanted to become some sort of shop keepers, if his memory served him right. Axel slowly approached the young girl and hoped he wouldn't come off as a creeper, that was the last thing he wanted, attention to be called to him. That was the reason he hadn't asked around before.
"Er," Axel began, stopping in front of the girl and sounded quite nervous as it was, "Do you know the, er, Holloways?" He might as well just say it. Axel really hoped the girl wouldn't run away, or scream, making people notice him even more. A was being awfully quiet right now, especially since he was on a hunt to find his family. Normally, A was saying profanities to Axel and saying his search was a waste of time. What was with A?

Alura was counting her money and hadn't noticed anyone come up near her. She moved some hair out of her eyes and growled at her bag. Not enough for what she wanted. Oh well, time to check out Zonkos. She turned and ran into someone. She held her hands up in apology.
Atleast, she did till he started talking. And once she actually looked at him, she was racking her brain trying to run through all those pictures at her house to figure out if it was Axel. But it couldn't be him. He was dead. Kidnapped ages ago. It's not exactly everyday a family member just disappears. Espically on the day of their sister's birth.
"Well, I do. Um, I'm one of them. Funny. I didn't think I'd be caught this early on. Those idiots ratted my out didn't they!? Who told you I was here?" she put her hands on her hips. "I'm sorry that's not me. Yes. I do know the Holloways. I'm Jeanie. Jeanie Holloway. And you are?"

His luck had finally become good! Had he had some liquid luck earlier? Here before him was Jeanie Holloway, obviously a nickname for Jean, Alura's middle name. Could she truly be Alura? Was it really by such great chance that he actually found his sister by simply asking the first person who looked about her age? Things were finally going his way.
Now it was just a matter of going about things, and make her believe who he was; as well as confirm that she was his sister, one of the family members he searched these past few months, nearly a year now, for. A seemed to snicker slightly in his head. You've finally found your family; good for you. It'll make it easier for me to kill her next time I am in control, A said. Axel ignored this, and knew it was a risk, but he would bring his family to safety, which meant that he couldn't be around them. A knew this as well. Axel wouldn't allow him to hurt his family.
"N-no one told me. I was just looking for one of the Holloways. It seems I have had good fortune," Axel replied, "Alura... you have heard about your brother, Axel, right? I-I have news that he's alive."

"Why wouldn't I have heard about him? My parents keep a room, a place at the table for him, and pictures of him all over the house." Alura chuckled. Who was this guy? The smile instantly wiped off her face when he said he had news about Axel being alive. She started to back away, "Axel is dead. He's been missing for fourteen years. Don't play games with my head."
She clutched her jacket and looked at the man hard faced. "Who are you? Why are you here? Came to take me like you took my brother?" She wouldn't stand for a kidnapping. No one messed with Jeanie Holloway about her family. She and her family had a reserve of anger for people who decided they were going to pick at what happened all those years ago. "If you came to take me away you'd have to catch me. I won't go down with out a fight. And picking at scabs that still hurt like they're fresh is wrong. Even I know when to stop." She looked on the brink of tears.

Axel bit his lower lip at the thought of his parents holding out hope for him to come one day. He was sure that they would accept that he was dead, and move on. Oh lookie, they remember dear ol' Axel. And yet, you don't care that they don't know about me, or how I don't have a family of my own. They will just treat me like everyone else besides that Kandace girl, like I'm just a part of your imagination. Decided he would deal with A's insecurities later, he stepped back from her.
"No! That's not what I am here for... Axel escaped his captors. They made him into a soldier, but he broke out to find you, and the twins, and his parents," Axel stated, feeling weird referring to himself in the third person, "Alura... I remember the day you were born, I was ten years old. You... you look like Mum. I-I am Axel, Alura. I am your brother."

Alura was ready to turn and run. But some how, for some reason, she had to hear him out. She wanted to hear what he had to say about her brother. For as long as she could remember, she'd be looking for a toy around the house and ended up looking for it in the unused room. Her mother would tell her to not touch anything in there. Then she'd get a lecture on how great her eldest brother was. Alura bit her lip, she had too keep herself from blowing up. She wasn't even sure he was telling the truth.
Even though she was shorter than most, she could make you feel small just by giving you a certain look. "Axel's dead, there's no way for him . . . Wait? How do you know what my mother looks like? Everyone says I'm identical to what she looked like at my age. If you're really Axel, what happened exactly they day I was born? Every detail counts." She had to know. If Axel was really alive, could this really be him?

A kept saying things about how he was going to harm them, and how he wasn't the Holloway, and how he had no family, while Axel did. Axel sighed, and knew that this would be their reaction. He wanted to see his family, pretend he hadn't lost the last 14 years of his life he could've spent with his family. He didn't want to be greeted like this, but he knew it was going to happen. Any sane person would think of him as dead, and not believe him when he told them.
"I remember I used to look through Mum's photo albums from when she went to school, it was one of my favorite things to do... I never finished though," Axel replied holding his hands so that she could see them without a wand in them, though his wand was in his back pocket. "On the day you were born, we were in New York, I was playing with some toy car when Dad collected Drake, Landon and I, saying that the baby was coming. We rushed to the hospital, and waited a good few hours, before the doctors said we could come in and see the baby, you. I held you, and after a few minutes, you were taken away by Dad so he could hold you... and then... when we were leaving with you and Mum to go home, I remember... as we walked to the car, someone... someone was waiting in the shadows, I remember hearing them. It was late, and so it was dark. I saw lights flash, stunning Dad, Mum hid away with you, and you were crying, the twin were with Dad, trying to get him to wake up," at this point telling the story seemed to become real before his eyes, but it was in his head. The eerie feeling, the thought of getting killed, loosing his newborn baby sister. "Someone hit me with a silencing spell, grabbed me, and left. I don't remember exactly what happened afterwards, they placed another spell on me, and everything went hazy. The next I knew I woke up and I didn't know where I was."

Alura looked at the ground clenching and unclenching her fists. He was telling the truth. It was the exact story her mother told her. Well, except for the last part. But everything else was the same. She looked at his hands, she reached one of hers out. Maybe, just maybe, she'd remember something that told her right away that he was telling truth.
She stared at his hands for the longest time. Fourteen years had passed since he'd gone missing, and here he was, standing in front of her like he'd only been gone for a day or two. "Axel?" she said under her breath. "Why didn't you try to come back before hand? Hmm? Come on, we're going back to the school and you're going to tell Landon you're back first. Mainly because he's in my house and I don't wanna deal with Drake right after sneaking out." she grinned nervously.

Axel wanted to simply hug her and hold her as he did 14 years ago, deage 14 years, and go back to the way things were, but they would never be the same. They would never be normal as long as A was around and hating them, and the Master being around trying to get him to come back to the States. He wasn't going to go now. He would die before he did. He finally found those he would fight to stay with, and he would never go back.
"I wanted to, but if I left, they said they would harm you; they told me that they had the whole family under captivity. The instant I found out all of you were here, I left as quickly I could sneak out," Axel replied looking at Jeanie and feeling like it was just yesterday he was at home, and she was just a little baby girl he was looking forward to having, "R-right now? Into Hogwarts?" That place was at least not crowded with muggleborns anymore, hopefully he wouldn't get near one and make him seem crazy to his little sister. Sensing a muggleborn coming up from behind, not yet close enough to trigger his rage, he began walking towards Hogwarts. "Let's go then," he grabbed one of her hands and began walking towards the castle, not knowing about the secret passage and what not.

"We spent years looking for you. Search party after search party. There were no leads, no DNA, no finger prints, not even a piece of hair." Alura explained. Her cheeks puffed out as she held her breath, she didn't want to start crying. She was ever so sympathetic towards others. So many people last year had lost family and she cried with each one in her house. There were times when she'd go see Landon because she felt so sorry for all of them and she only partially understood what they were going through. She rubbed her eyes, just I case tears started to fall.
She started tugging toward the tunnel to the school at the same time he started toward the main entrance to Hogwarts. She almost slipped on the snow. She looked at him like he was crazy, "Where in the name of all that is good do you think you're going? Hello!! I came from that way." She pointed towards the pub near the end of the street. "Aberforth gives butter beer if you go that way. And it's kinda the only way to not get in trouble with Drake. Just give him one and you don't get as bad a punishment. Yay!" She grinned hopefully.

"That's how... how they work. They leave no trace... they did it to others as well," Axel explained slowly, trying to think of how happy he was he finally found them. Now he could take them away and keep them safe before Damien found him. He could protect them from him, he could make sure they were ok and that Damien wouldn't try to take any of them. Especially Jeanie, since she was younger than the other two. Axel was almost overcome with tears of joy, because he had waited for this moment for so many years.
Axel raised his eyebrow in confusion. "But aren't the secret passages sealed?" Axel asked, not understanding what she was meaning, "Drake? Will Landon be there? What are they like?" He knew nothing much about his own brothers, and he was curious about them, as he was about Jeanie, but he had already met her, and he didn't know what to expect from his brothers.

"Man... they must be really good because there is no such thing as the perfect crime." Jeanie nodded. "I want to be a forensic anyalist when I get out of school so I know what the perfect crime is, and how to solve it." she was very proud of what she wanted to do. She couldn't decide where she wanted her hair just then. Both parts behind, one part behind/one in front, or both in front. SHe just kept messing with it.
"Well, um, they are. But the one to the Room of Requirement isn't. Everyone uses it. It's the only way we can get good food around here." she shrugged. "Yeah, he'll be there. They have to be. We can't even leave for break anymore. Its stay or suffer the consequences. I've been through the cruciartus curse three times in the past four days. I understand why people hate it.. Drake is very studious. Ravenclaw. Landon, realxed, chill, Hufflepuff." she didn't know how else to explain them.

"They know how to commit crimes as perfect as possible," Axel replied with a sigh, knowing how Damien seemed to cover everything single base that one could think of, "That would be great..." He didn't want to tell her about the trouble they were in until they had gotten used to each other and he saw his other family. Perhaps when he could talk with his family and tell them about what had happened to him.
"Landon, did he go into music? He always liked music," Axel said trying to remember back to when he was a young boy, "Drake loved it when I read books to him... A-are there going to be muggle borns in this Room of Requirement?"

"I'll figure everything out. There's always a trace of magic at one of these. You cannot erase a magical stain. For example, any muggle killing in the last few years, even though they had the instinctive to say it was the killing curse, they had to trace the magic in the air. There is no way to get rid of it. Plus it fuels imagination. Another thing that tells you if there's magic." she explained. This was probably the only thing she studied for the most. Anything else just didn't stick.
She started to drag him toward the pub again. It was going to be curfew soon. No one was allowed out past then, she'd be the main one to ask about that. She'd been caught enough times.
"Yeah, he's in a band right now. They practice as much as they can. But the new DADA teachers don't really like music." she shrugged. "Not really, most didn't get their lists to come back this year. It's only half-bloods and purebloods now. And even the Half-bloods are questionable to the new staff." she explained.
