This is Victoire Weasley. She is Teddy's love. While he isn't the brightest when it comes to his relationships, well she loves him even still. Vicky is his nickname for her sometimes, though she can hate it if the player wants. She is sweet and playful and probably the most fun person to be around, when she isn't angry or serious. Victoire tends to have a nasty temper at times, and when she's serious, she's serious. Victoire loves Teddy even through all the break ups and get togethers, however she's getting tired of it. She's going to have to make Teddy decide quickly if he wants a relationship or not with her.
I see her as Hayden Panettiere, Elsa Hosk, Kirsten Dunst or perhaps Poppy Montgomery though I am not at all picky, but I would like a blonde because for some reason I always pictured her as a blonde, though it doesn't really matter that much.
I'll work on her app soonish, lol, and I've totally always pictured her blonde as well, so I'm thinking Miss Kirsten Dunst cause I <3 her
