*narrows eyes at you* Is it Future Harry?
I think that Alistair or Stefan would probably find him and punch him in the face, more likely Stef since Al would be with his sister comforting her. Stefan lost his eye because of Death Eater interference in the Civil War, so he feels pretty bitter towards them. He'd probably knock Tristen upside his head, take off his eyepatch, show him the fact that his eye is actually totally gone and the eyelids are sewn together and shout something like "You see that?! What Death Eaters did to a five-year-old! What good person rips out a kid's eye?! WELL?!" and just be generally angry.

Nope! Though that would be great... Hmmmm... I might change it to him... He does sound a lot better.
HA!! And Tristan would reply with at least they didn't kill him, and how war was war, and if Stefan interfered with the war, then he deserved it. Which would probably make Stefan even angrier, and a big fighting match between the two, with Tristan leaving not wanting to fight anymore, and going to think on his own.

o.O It wasn't Future Harry...? Well, then...
I do not recommend getting into a fist-fight with Stef. He's highly vicious. Even in a duel, but he's more likely to bludgeon you until you're an unrecognizable pulpy mass in a fist-fight. XD I think that Al will be pissed with Tristan when he comes to see Tal and almost refuse to let him through.

Nah, it wasn't. It was one of my Hogwarts kids, but you know, Harry Senior would be a good alternative if I want to keep my said character.
Yeah, well, Tristan makes some bad choices, as you know. It really is a sad thing, really. All he wants is to have people who accept him, and the Death Eaters offered that to him. Needless to say, Talon's family isn't completely accepting, as he is an Englishman, though her siblings are quite accepting, at least for now. And when the one he loves, uh I mean, won't admit he loves for awhile, betrays the first group who all seem to accept him, and NOT kill one of the only two he has grown to like... Needless to say Tristan feels extremely betrayed, and with those who betray him, he isn't the most pleasant. Tristan would be an idiot and probably fight with Stefan, get hurt, run like hell because he's losing, and try to avoid them for a bit before he finally tries to correct his mistake and try to force his way through Al with words first, and if that doesn't work, he'd make another mistake and try physical/magical force, which wouldn't be a good idea.

Harry Senior was my first thought, haha.
Talon has deep-seated trust issues to start with, so she'll feel betrayed and hurt when she realizes that Tristan is a Death Eater. Even though she doesn't fight Tristan, she winds up fighting a member of the Cavaliere family that betrayed them during the Battle of Hogwarts. She wins, but she gets badly hurt. The first time Tristan talks to her, she'll probably still be confined to her room. Knowing Tal, she won't want to look at him and will try to make him leave.

Only thing is that through his journal he'll realize all the things he has to live for, and giving his life up for Snape would go against those things, but then again, if Snape survives, he feels he would've died for a good reason, and died fighting Voldemort. But yeah, it wasn't him because of my first reason, it was another, that I love dearly as well.
Maybe Tal gets injured badly, and Tristan brings her to the healers before rejoining the battle? If Tristan saw her get hurt, he would most definitely try to help her, because while she did betray him, he still, though won't admit it for awhile, loves her, and wouldn't want her to get hurt. Tristan would get over it, and try to explain why he did what he did, and why he wouldn't change what he did, at least until he has his epiphany, because he makes a lot of wrong choices.

Lisa made a good suggestion? She'll be very happy to know this. XD I was actually thinking about typing up Vin's journal and putting it up. I wish he weren't dead, but then MarixSev would never happen.
That'd work! She would've passed out from blood loss by the time that he took her to the healers, so she wouldn't remember, but Ally (her elder sister) might actually help him out. After a lot of asking on Tristan's part. XD I think that, at first, Tal will probably feel so betrayed and hurt that she'll get mad and yell at him. Something like "I thought I loved you; I thought you loved me. I was wrong, though, wasn't I? Get out! GET OUT!"

lol Yes, because Harry actually becomes a person who wants to keep on living... but the more I think about it, the more I love Harry Senior there instead of my other character.
Yeah, my thoughts exactly, well not exactly but almost. Tristan would probably tell Ally that he cares deeply for Talon, and how he wants to protect her, despite their opposing views on the war here.

I just thought that it sort of worked when I made the suggestion. I also thought that it could possibly be Lyra. By the way, I think that Lyra and Emilia could strike up a grudging friendship and it'd be funny. Random thought.
Ally would hear Tristan out, but she would be very reluctant to talk to Tal at first. She wants them to work it out on their own. In the end, though, she would help him when it became clear that Tal didn't want to hear what he had to say.

Yeah, it does, especially since you know how much Harry Senior is looking forward to death. Lyra's just too concerned with a few years from now and saving her father, so that unfortunately makes her selfish up until then, though normally she does care for others, and does admire Snape, Dumbledore, and Sirius, despite the fact that they died.
Well, at least there's that... Tristan will most definitely be the one who tries his best to win the other back, despite him feeling betrayed, because he eventually gets over it... eventually.

I was considering having one of my characters getting into a discussion with Harry Senior and realizing that he was from the future. It would probably be someone like Pyre (who doesn't seem smart but is very intuitive) or Eliza. They're also less likely to ever bring it up again. I just thought that could be a fun thread.
Tal is most certainly the type to hold grudges; him winning her back will probably be a long, painful process. With Tal and feelings, as much as it sucks, you know you've won when she cries because then she's actually being honest.

Oh yes, I bet it would be quite fun. Harry isn't a very good actor, in the future or the present. It's a bit of a downfall of him. Either one would work, as both of them know him in the present, and he knows their future if things happen the same way. I think I'll change Snape's savior to Harry Senior though... I was originally planning Scorp to, as Draco held Snape in high esteem even after changing sides, and then learning Snape's actual story behind the scenes from Harry made him view Snape as such a huge role model. Scorp tends to look up to a lot of people...
I was pretty sure that it would be anyways. Tristan tries to be honest, and really will try his best to get her back. He can live without her, unlike Bella with Edward (HA! TWILIGHT REFERENCE!), who jumps off a cliff without Edward, but Tristan just doesn't want to. He doesn't like life without her, especially after all his friend is going to die, which happens in April at some point I think...

I kind of wish someone would pick up Future Draco so that I could thread with him and Ana. She's his first cousin that he never got to settle things with before she died in the future. Since the two of them had been very close for much of their lives, I imagine that as being a regret of his. I can only imagine what Harry Senior would say to Snape if he saved him. XD
Eventually, Tal will finally break down and cry, and that's when she actually forgives him. Like I said, if she doesn't cry, there's no progress being made.

Yeah, Future Draco would be definately interesting. Harry Senior and Future Draco were actually quite close... which is a bit scary considering their present relationship. I think that Ana and Draco would be a cool thread to read.
Yeah... Tristan would probably be surprised when she cries, as she seems like she wouldn't and feel just so much worse than he already felt.
As a completely unrelated side note: In contact with Skittles, his internet access is almost finally fixed, and he may join here eventually.

I think that it'd be...interesting. XD Ana's son, Alek, snuck off and joined the Resistance under the name Alexander Cross. Future Draco is unaware of this, but Scorp has an idea. Speaking of which, I think it'd be interesting to have a thread with Scorp and Ana, too.
Tal doesn't cry often, but it's more because she deliberately ignores her own feelings whenever she's in a situation where she thinks that she'll cry than because she never gets sad. It'll be the big breakthrough and mark the true rebuilding of her relationship with Tristan, though.
It'd be nice to have Skits back. XD He's an admin on Shadows, so he might have the Sorting Hat password. I'd be able to make you and Marbys staff!
