"Vous cheveux se tourne roses, taches de rousseur ((French: Your hair is turning pink, Freckles))," she pointed out mildly. "And I always knew he was evil!"
She didn't like Snape. The salaud ((bastard)) had made frequent not-really-subtle jabs at her financial situation all throughout her Hogwarts years. It didn't help that he had assigned Lisa more detentions than any other teacher, even going so far as to call her his "detention buddy" at one point. Not funny, Snape, not funny. She was still waiting for a chance to get back at him for that. It had never come, but it would one day...it would. She knew it would. She'd get Jak to help her with it!
...She opted to not point out Fred's horrible ear puns. He probably thought that they were funny. She would let him think that...only because that's what friends did! Her feelings for him were completely...erm...well...mostly platonic.

"What?" Fred said patting his head. He quickly ran his hands through his hair several times. "How dare that not as handsome twin of mine!" Fred actually laughed at this. It was actually quite funny he was going to do the exact same thing to George. Plus, he was a good sport and could laugh whenever he walks into a prank so obvious.
"Everyone did," Fred commented with a smile, "Killed Dumbledore too. Not to mention all those points he took from Gryffindor. He was always such an evil git." He could say that now, since he wasn't a student there anymore. Plus Snape wouldn't be at Hogwarts, right? At least he better not.
Of course his ear puns were hilarious! They were Weasley Twin material that would last forever! Maybe they could make banners with his ear puns as slogans! Well that would be just crazy. Even he had some limits.

"Je vois essayer de vous enseigner le français était une perte de temps ((I see trying to teach you French was a waste of time))," she sighed. Despite her ire at having been wasting her time with trying to teach him French, she laughed softly and smiled at him. "I see the loss of his ear hasn't damaged Carrot-Top's sense of humor."
She was glad for that; she remembered George as a nice kid. She'd seen a lot of nice kids turn into complete pricks back in the slums, and she never liked it. Nice people should stay nice, plain and simple.
"He killed...mon dieu, I'm behind on current events," she mumbled. "Batard serpent cheveux gras... ((Greasy-haired snake bastard; Lisa's usual nickname for Snape))"
Yep...he thought his ear puns were great, she decided. She would just ignore them and maybe they'd go away...

He caught the words 'trying', 'teach' and 'French' in that, but he was able to derive most of what she meant from those three words. "I was never the spot light pupil." Fred laughed, before trying a spell to stop the pink. "At least it was here and not say, in the Leaky Cauldron." And if this was a cartoon a lightbulb would have gone off over his head. Maybe he could pull something on Georgie there! That'd be hilarious, or... or he could pull it on everyone there. He could cast a spell that would change whoever passed through the door's hair into some weird hairstyle and color. Yes!
"Well maybe we could have a drink and I can update you on everything," Fred suggested with a smile, waving his wand one last time, as the pink went away. Yes, it worked! Well, actually it wasn't hard, because the two of them invented the candy. Multi-Mints, or something like that.
He would NEVER stop the ear puns as long as he should live! They were too awesome, and well... it was part of the coping thing he had with coming to terms with George losing an ear and almost dying. But that didn't matter, it was hilarious and he couldn't see the end in sight.

"The only French you ever bothered learning was insults," she pointed out. "Why on earth did you ask me to teach you in the first place?"
By the time she'd met Fred, it had been a long time since Lisa had been the awkward girl from the slums that didn't speak even a little English. She'd been extremely confused, therefore, when the then-eleven-year-old had tracked her down and demanded that she teach him her first language...granted, she'd made him help her with the finer points of English that she still hadn't quite understood at the time.
She smiled teasingly and raised an eyebrow at him when he suggested going out for drinks. It was an innocent-enough suggestion, but she was French; she couldn't pass up the joke.
"Petite taches de rousseur ((Little Freckles)) wouldn't be asking me on a date, would be?" she teased. "Je ne savis pas que vous avez préféré les femmes plus agées! ((I didn't know you preferred older women!))"

"Well let's see. You were there, and I thought that I could make a new friend if I tried to learn your language. Plus, then I could insult some of the professors behind their backs and they wouldn't know the difference," Fred said, making sure to add the last part with a laugh. He, of course, thought that at first he could teach George and they could have private conversations without others knowing, but that was struck down when he found out the language was really hard to learn, so he settled for insulting the professors without them even knowing that they were being insulted, especially the greasy git of a potions professor, and that was struck down when McGonagall turned out to know most of the insults in 7 different languages, including French.
Fred laughed when she asked if he was asking her on a date. Well, actually, that didn't sound too bad, did it? Sure he just hired her, but boss and employee relations weren't that bad, just looked down on. It didn't matter, she was just teasing, right? Ok, Freddie, he just had to play it tactful.
"Only if you would say yes," Fred said in the same teasing manner with a smile on his face that said, 'hey, why not?' with a little 'heh.. heh..' sprinkled in there, "I draw the line at 20 years, because then they might be really old and wrinkly."

"So you decided to learn French in an attempt to make new friends...you, Fred Weasley, are either the most social person I've ever met or the most nonsensical," she laughed. "You may just be both; I haven't decided yet."
She remembered those attempts at teaching him French. He'd stumbled over the words and beamed proudly when she'd told him that he'd finally managed to say a complete sentence in the language. It had been around then that Fred suggested that she become a teacher; she'd scoffed and told him that if she did, she was fairly certain that she would end up like McGonagall if she did. There was a part of her that had whispered "But...being a teacher wouldn't be so bad, would it?" That part of her had broken when she realized that her chances of getting such a job had always been slim at best.
She kept the smile on her face, but that part of her that didn't want to let her trust men again was screaming at her, demanding why she was letting herself develop feelings for Fred. He wasn't just younger, he was most likely uninterested in her like that. Why would he be, anyway? She wasn't exceptionally pretty or smart; she'd been bouncing from one bad relationship to another since he'd known her, so she was pretty damaged...
She shoved aside that part of her. It was friendly teasing. Why read too much into it?
"And...what if I agreed to it being a date?" she asked, still teasing.

"Or both!" Fred said with a laugh. Just because he hated Slytherins didn't mean that he didn't like making friends of the Puffs or the Ravens. And hey, he had good taste in friends obviously. Look at Lee, he is an amazing friend! And of course Harry was a good choice, otherwise they wouldn't be able to start this shop with his brother. And all of the Order were good friends, even if they were dangerous friends, it wasn't like he was already targeted for his family, right?
Lisa would be a good teacher, of course. He had thought that from the beginning when she was teaching him French. He would love her as his professor instead of say, McGonagall or Snape. Especially Snape. He was terrible and a slimy traitorous git that he would never forgive. Lisa would be loads better than him, and he was sure she'd be better than McGonagall, who always got them in trouble. Plus, professors needed a good grasp on their students, staying fun but firm. She was like that somewhat, right? Ha ha! Yes, he was right! That would be amazing if she became a professor. Maybe he was a Seer!
"Well then we would talk, and at the end I would have to give you a kiss," Fred teased with a smile. Actually, that didn't sound so bad... Wait, what was he thinking? The two of them going out might ruin their relationship if they didn't work out! Or not. He was one who was a pretty good person and was pretty good friends even with his past girlfriends. Age is but a number; a number that didn't matter at all to him.

"Oui, probably both," she agreed, laughing softly. More like definitely both. She sometimes thought that Fred put conscious effort into making absolutely no sense whatsoever. There was no way that he could just be that silly without putting at least a little thought into it...it just wasn't humanly possible.
Her smile widened a little, incredulous. He was still running with this joke? Wow. That was the longest time he'd gone without veering off topic since she'd met him. She wasn't used to Fred being focused on one joke for so long.
"Oh, oui? It's a date, then," she teased before laughing and shaking her head. "Being serious, if we're going to get drinks, I should probably go get my purse from the boarding house I'm staying in."

"Well then let's go get your purse," Fred stated smiling still. At least his hair wasn't pink anymore. Though it looked quite obvious she was just joking around with him, though he kinda almost wished she wasn't. The two had just found each other again, but even still, Fred was actually liking the idea of trying to go out and date. It wouldn't be bad at all, and Analisa was quite fun to be around.
Fred was having quite a bit of fun hanging out with her, even if it was only for a little bit already. Drinks was something that would be quite fun, and then he could get her caught up on most recent events. He couldn't discuss anything too important in public, but that didn't matter.

She smiled gently and wrapped both of her arms around one of his, dragging him out of the front door and winking at him over her shoulder.
"It's a date, non?" she asked innocently.
If it was too far, she'd act like she was just joking, but...she kind of wished that they weren't. She wanted it to be a date; she just didn't want to say it out loud unless he confirmed that it was.

"Oh yes," Fred replied with a smile. He actually wasn't sure anymore if it was a joke, however he was fine if it wasn't he just didn't want to blow it with thinking it wasn't a joke.
"I would much prefer it be a date with you than anyone else," Fred said with a smile, thinking and hoping he wasn't going too far.

Wait, was he joking or serious or...geez, why did Fred have to be so...Fred? He was nearly impossible to read most of the time. The average person would have long-since given up. Lisa was not the average person by a long shot, though. She would continue to try, even if it was futile.
She smiled when he pretty much confirmed that they were on a date.
"Oh? Thank you, Fred. I don't think there's anyone I would rather go on a dad with, either."

Whoa, whoa, whoa. Did she just say that she would rather be on a date with him than anyone else? Yes! HA! He would have to tell Carrot-Top (he meant George. Lisa must be getting to him.) about this later. It was actually quite weird, because usually people saw him and George as extremely alike people and if one wanted to date one, they would also like to date the other. He had a strong feeling that wasn't he case here.
"So, all joking aside. Are we serious about this, actually going on a date, thing?" Fred asked, deciding to just get it out of the way. And if she said yes, he would say that he was just joking as well.

She'd never understood why people had a hard time telling Fred and George apart; she'd always been able to. They had vastly different personalities. One of them was also taller. But that was beside the point. Fred and Geoge were not the same person; everyone needed to realized that.
She blinked when he asked if she was serious about the date. Of course she was! She liked Fred!
"Of course I'm serious! I like you a lot! You're serious, too, oui?" she asked.
